Embossing – Dry or Heat Embossed

We want to see any of your crafting creations that include either heat or dry embossing or maybe both.  How about using a new embossing folder you’ve not used before or some of that lovely sparkly embossing powder you’ve got in your stash to make a lovely card or a scrapbook layout, a gift or even a piece of home décor.
You can use any products you like to enter as long as it follows the theme for this week. We don’t have many rules but check them out in the top bar if you need to.
We give you two weeks to enter so that means the CLOSING DATE IS 26th April 2016 and the winners will be announced on 3rd May 2016

PRIZE: The random winner (chosen by Random.org) will receive £5 worth of downloads of your choice from the digi store!
The winner and top 3 for week 12 can be found at the bottom of this post.

So let’s see what the design team have made for us, starting off with a tutorial by Monica...
Monica.- This week is my turn to make the tutorial. To achieve this challenge theme, I´m making an aluminum foil embossed background colour with alcohol inks. And this is how I did it:
Once the background was dry, I made a tag with one of the jewels included on Eden Collection. The beutiful digi, paper and sentiment are also included in this collection.
AnjieI've chosen to use dry embossing. I cut this card out and then used the A5 Honeycomb Tattered Lace die to emboss the background of the card.  I printed lots and lots of embellies from the fabulous new Winnie Fruit Punch collection and I spent a very enjoyable hour or so fussy cutting all the bits out. I glued the honeycomb border on and put all the rest of the bits onto 3D foam to give some dimension to them. More pics and details on my blog.
Here is a close up so you can see the embossed background, and get a closer look at that cute Bee!
Gail - I'm continuing with my art journal and created a page using images from the Lavender Tea Stamp Soup collection, the butterfly and quote are from the digital collection but I also used the Stamp Soup stamp sets, Lavender Tea and Lemonade Fizz, in the background too. I used embossing paste and stencils to create the texture in the background, more info over on my blog.
Jane – Hello! There is both wet and dry embossing on my make today, hope you can see it! J  I have used the newly released and oh so gorgeous WINNIE FRUIT PUNCH!  Have a lovely crafty day!
Fiona - Hi everyone this weeks challenge is wet or dry embossing. For this weeks make I have used a precoloured image from the fantastic Winnie fruit Punch cd she is such an adorable character. Papers and embellishments all available on the cd.

Tanya   Hello everybody.  This week I've used some heat embossing with some frontage powders over the top of some Pan Pastel Stencilling and combined it with some flowers from the Lemonade Fizz collection.  More details and close up photos on my blog.
Audrey chose image, papers are flowers plus 2 birds from one of the design sheets from the Winnie Fruit Punch big bundle download collection and sentiment from one of the design sheets found in Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Springtime full download collection  to create this gift bag.  I used both dry and heat embossing.  All other details available on my blog.  Hugs!
